You may contact us via phone, fax, or email - customerservice@lordonmanagement.com. Any time you contact us, please make sure you provide your Association name, your name, property address within the association, your phone number during daytime hours (including your area code). If it is an emergency (property damage or life/safety issue), please call us and dial zero for the operator and inform them you need assistance for an emergency. If you have a non-emergency, please phone, mail or email and the appropriate team member will respond (please allow 24 hours for non-emergencies as the manager may be outside of the office on a site-inspection).

Office Hours: 8:30 – 5:15 Monday – Friday

If your call is after normal business hours, please listen carefully to our automated after-hour answering system. There is an option to leave a message or be connected with an emergency service so a property manager may assist you for a property damage or life/safety issue.
